I hail from Milwaukee, WI, born to immigrant parents who had endured the trials of the Vietnam War, knowing only the pursuit of survival. Growing up, the ethos of hard work was ingrained in me from a tender age. My early environment left me with a constant feeling of being cornered, instilling a deep-seated determination to fight for what I believed was rightfully mine. Regrettably, I found myself entangled in the perilous lifestyle of a gang at a very young age. The allure of this lifestyle was rooted in the idea that gang members embodied success, and they provided me with my first taste of substantial earnings. However, this path led me down a treacherous road marked by a perpetual cycle of trouble. My perspective on life was myopic, caring more about the present than any notion of a future.
Despite my yearning for more, it took years for me to break free from the grip of that fast-paced life. The decision to slow down prompted me to reevaluate my priorities, leading me to embark on a journey of personal development and empowering those around me. I discovered a profound passion for putting people in a position to thrive, not merely exist. Simultaneously, I learned to place unwavering faith in myself, regardless of the circumstances.
With the vision of offering a way out to those beaten down by life, I founded Thrive ATO. The company's name, "Thrive ATO," encapsulates the essence of thriving against all odds. Along the way, I connected with individuals who shared my passion and understood the mission. Together, we have built a business that places our people and clients at the forefront. I am committed to cultivating leadership in our team, both within the industry and in their lives, all while delivering value to our Fortune 500 clients. This approach has enabled us to lead the lives we desire while simultaneously fueling the growth of our clients.
